Pellet Engineering
Acid pellet technique is one of the core techniques of CIE. In past 40 years, CIE keeps on the research and development of pellet technique and equipment, and have possessed the techniques on shaft furnace, induration machine, and grate-kin-pelletizing line, and these techniques have been perfecting gradually. In the near 10 years, the technique on grate-kin-pelletizing line have taken the leading position in our country, the raw material applied in the projects includes magnetite, vanadium titano-magnetite, hematite and limonite.
CIE has undertaken and completed the design and construction of 1200000 t/a grate-kin-pelletizing line at first time in China. The operation of 5000000 t/a grate-kin-pelletizing line project of Wuhan Iron and Steel (Group) Corp. in Ezhou (maximum in our country and 1st in Asia) that has been cooperated designed by CIE and METSO means the curtain of macro-scale operations technology and industrialization on acid pellet has been opened.
